About OneAssure:

At OneAssure we are building a marketplace for financial advisors to sell health insurance using our in-house state-of-the-art technology. We are a young insurtech startup where we are augmenting the technology to enable financial advisors to build influence & gain trust, and sell unbiased personalised health insurance policies transparently to the health insurance seekers.

Tier II & III cities in India, specifically, is a massive market where millions of customers are still not covered under the health insurance policies, and financial advisors are learning the nuances of dealing with competitive technology players, and it represents a multi-billion dollar greenfield opportunity for us to gain. And the strategic value of Tier II & III cities is becoming increasingly more important as we are gearing up to become the top player.

About The Role:

OneAssure is seeking a strategic sales leader to expand our Partner Acquisitions. We are looking for a candidate who is able to self-prospect, build strong relationships, and onboard partners for great outcomes for everyone.

This position sits within the Partner Acquisition Team and is responsible for onboarding Financial Advisors (Independent Insurance Agents, Mutual Fund Sellers, CFPs, CAs, Wealth Advisors, etc.) These Financial Advisors usually operate their business as solopreneurs or with very small teams and follow traditional methods of doing business.

We're looking for an excellent Sales Manager who is able to build relationships to onboard these partners, and grow our partner network across the Tier II & III cities in India - one city at a time. This role will also have the opportunity to attend industry events, travel to Tier II & III cities to meet the leads, work with the Partner Acquisition Team, and drive forward important internal activities to improve sales efficiency. Moreover, they are expected to be a trusted coach and mentor who can guide Partner Communities to grow their business.

What you'll do:

- Use prospecting and relationship management skills to identify the right prospects and build partnerships with the best performing financial advisors

- Construct, forecast, and manage your sales pipeline via Pipedrive CRM and internal tools

- Manage the entire partner acquisition process aimed at establishing the foundation of a strong working relationship with the prospective partners.

- Work closely with the internal stakeholders and teams to onboard and activate the best partners, and manage their performance

- Participate in periodic team reviews and updates on business progress

- Act as an ambassador of OneAssure's mission, brand, and product

- Capture, analyze, and present market feedback on the product offer OneAssure provides the partners

Qualifications :

Experience: At least 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in sales. Experience sourcing, negotiating and driving negotiations to closure and a proven track record of delivering targets. Prior experience in BFSI or fintech or insuretech industry is preferred but not mandatory

Creative thinking: Ability to fuse business, sales strategy, and new concepts to lead partner acquisitions.

Strong communication skills: Effective communicator, verbal & written.

Detail Oriented: The shown ability to multi-task and follow-through while paying strict attention to detail.

Naturally Curious: Coach-ability, open to incorporating feedback, and dedication to the improvement of your craft.

Excellent Teammate: You collaborate internally or across functional areas to get the best possible outcome for partners.

Ownership: Passionate and self-driven, you are deeply committed to taking OneAssure to the next level and rising to the occasion to solve problems, big and small.

Positive: An infectiously positive attitude and drive to win; hustle with determination.

Problem Solver: Ability to evaluate information or situations & break them down into their key components. Apply strategic & critical thinking to consider various approaches & creative solutions.

Language: Proficiency in English and Hindi. Kannada will be a plus.
