- Consumer Insighting: Develop deep understanding of Consumer and Market need gaps to develop new products & value propositions - Category Growth: Develop the category marketing strategy and product roadmap to grow the category revenue - NPD & GTM: Ensure consistent execution of product lifecycle processes from concept to launch (GTM), working closely with sales, design and engineering teams - Drive P&L: Own and drive the category P&L - Increase Market Share: Enhance existing product offerings and customer experience to increase market share - Influence User Journey: Work closely with tech team to develop/improve the user journey experience - Improve Customer Experience: Work with teams like Customer Service, Operations etc. to improve our customer retention, identify avenues for cross-selling/up-selling at a product level and improving unit economics - Work closely with business development / sales to meet category revenue targets
