Position Summary :

If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing professional to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

- A digital marketing professional, or internet marketing specialist, would be responsible for developing the strategy used in marketing a company's product online, utilizing such techniques in the field as social media, Web analytics, e-mail marketing and search engine optimization, among others.

- He/She may put together various online promotions and e-mailing campaigns to get their company's message out, as well as perform consumer research to discover other ways of reaching customers via the Internet.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop digital marketing plans to increase traffic and engagement with new, prospective customers, building a best customer program that enables consumers to become passionate brand advocates, while also driving cross-category purchases.

- Dramatically accelerate customer acquisitions, including programs with established and new e-trailers and strategic partners (key external stakeholders across the app and digital publishing space, and industry experts).

- Lead the thinking for mobile platform development: Website content, e-commerce, partnership and community development, consumer research, marketing, and website technology.

- Grow and upgrade organizational capability in the digital area and seamlessly integrate digital marketing into each marketing program.

- Manage dedicated digital staff as well as overseeing a cross-functional team of web developers/designers.

- Actively partner and collaborate with cross-functional partners including key stakeholders, public relations, creative, national advertising, and go-to-market and campaign teams to ensure a consistent message and focus across all consumer touch points.

- Partner to develop advertising strategies for this space that provide key insights, meaningful engagements and build the brand with the key consumer targets.

- Updating, creating and implementing application forms - annotating forms, reviewing layout, formatting, language, ensuring customer usability and accuracy of dates and prices. Obtaining buy-in from stakeholders and getting finished work signed off

- Passion for brand building and creativity are required for this role. Discipline in execution and follow up of campaigns to achieve desired results is a strong requirement. Strong skills in online marketing, branding, social media marketing and copy-writing are desirable.

- Prior experience and training in online brand building would be a strong credential. Abilities and aptitude in sales, business development, customer interaction and relationship would be appreciated.

Demand Generation : Executing demand generation programmes on time, to attract new sales leads, nurture prospects and communicate effectively with existing customers. The role will be to ideate and execute digital plans, manage agencies, etc. including SEO SEM, social, media planning, website, mobile, apps, widgets etc. Also measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and their ROI across ATL, BTL, and digital media campaigns

Event Management : Review, selection and negotiation of events and record marketing-influenced sales opportunities.

Brand management : Ensure consistency in messaging and branding

Vendor management : Recruit & work with external third party vendors to ensure quality deliverables on-time

Market research : Assist in research activities that the company might want to undertake to improve its operations / product offerings

New business : Identify, nurture, and grow new business opportunities. Drafting go-to-market strategies for new locations

New City Launches : Understanding the local flavors and creating brand awareness on the ground for new city launch

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Tier 1 Institute (IIMs, MICA, N.M.I.M.S., J.B.I.M.S, FMS, SP JAIN, MDI, XLRI) with consumer marketing experience

- Good Communication Skills.

- Experience with Online Analytics (Google Analytics, Trends, Webmaster Tools, Appsquare, Website Optimizer, Keyword Tool, URL Builder)

- Experience working with popular PPC ad platforms (AdWords, Yahoo, Bing).

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office

- Keen eye for detail and a flair for creativity

- Basic knowledge of web, graphic tools such as Adobe, Coreldraw, etc

- Understanding of web/mobile technologies
