One Internet - Senior Associate/AVP - Investment Banking (2-6 yrs)
- Extensive involvement in consumer branding and investing space; identifying businesses and working with entrepreneurs to partner, invest, build, operate and exit consumer businesses
- Incumbent will be responsible for sourcing deals, preparing initial deal document, due diligence, negotiations, structuring and monitoring deals
- Regular interaction with senior management (internal and client) hence incumbent is expected to have strong interpersonal and business development skills
- Ensuring compliance with pre & post-investment statutory requirements
- Any other portfolio-company related task as is necessary to enhance the value of the company to the potential client/partner
Ideal Candidate :
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the consumer branding and investing space, are go-getters and are keen to identify businesses and work with entrepreneurs to partner, invest, build, operate and exit consumer businesses .
- Ideal candidate is an individual with experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, VC or PE who wants deep entrepreneurial experience
- A creative person, an out of box thinker, who can come up with new investment ideas and avenues for business expansion
- CA/CFA/MBA from top B-schools
- 4 - 9 years of relevant experience
Experience in either of the two is mandatory :
- Hospitality/Travel, Infra/Power/Commodity, IT/ITES & Sports (at least two of these sectors )
- Apparel/Textile, Gems & Jewellery, Logistics, Media/Entertainment, Lifestyle/Luxury (at least two of these sectors )
