As the Brand Solutions Lead, your goal is to provide exceptional client experience and lead by example. Responsibilities of the role : - Client Management: Interacting with clients on a daily basis, being an advisor and addressing their needs. - Lead a young and robust team comprising of sales and business development professionals. - Own the PnL (top-line and bottom-line) metrics for your portfolio. - Client Relationship Building: Adding value to new as well as existing client relationships while immersing yourself in the essential dynamics, strategies, and drivers of your client's business. Putting clients first, interfacing regularly with all client levels and being on the lookout for innovative solutions that are relevant to the industry. - Ability to problem-solve, find solutions, create results, and manage projects across multiple stakeholders. - Demonstrated ability to own and execute complex initiatives. - Initiative: Foreseeing opportunities and formulating plans to manage and utilize them to drive/extend the business. - Building the team: Demonstrating strong collaboration skills with internal teams, using resources to effectively and seamlessly support client's business. Coaching, involving and inspiring the growth and development of other team members by providing consistent feedback, training, and growth opportunities. - Pioneering OI: Leading new business proposals and presentations for potential and existing clients. Always being able to identify and pursue opportunities to develop new business. - Engaging customers throughout to confirm and clarify value and adapting a strategy when needed to optimize ROI What you will need : - A minimum of eight-ten years of digital media agency experience. - The ability to work in a dynamic industry and fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. - People skills - you will be constantly interacting with clients and colleagues. - Computer literacy.
