- Experience in client interaction and requirement gathering in a B2C setup
- Hands on experience in Customer Service, Process Mapping, Customer Experience Management or CRM Implementation
- Exposure to Data Modelling Implementation
- Preference for candidates who have Customer Service or Customer Operations experience as their prime responsibility
- Loyalty Management will be a big plus
Customer Engagement
- To develop & implement the roadmap for all Customer DB Management activities of customer lifecycle management.
- To develop CRM Modules to engage customers & measure their effectiveness.
- To strategize, develop and implement for Loyalty engagement activities
Product Development
- To strategize development platform of Apollo View CRM Module: structure, design, customer experience management.
- To be aware of all the Customer Service Channel and Service Fulfilment entities across Apollo group
- To develop, strategize & own the new development in the CRM Module for Customer Engagement
Market Research
- To undertake market research as and when required on the customer engagement
Desired Candidate Profile
- Should have knowledge on MS Dynamics 365
- Should be clear in thinking, be logical, be result oriented, reliable, systematic organised and meticulous
Work Week: Mon-Sat(2nd and 4th Sat off)
