Job Description :


- Opportunity to work in a critical function within the risk organization with a global presence, engaging with local and international colleagues and business partners.

- Candidate needs to work with different business stakeholders to understand impact of various model go-lives on reporting workstream and co-ordinate with IT teams to help deliver the required changes.

- Needs to perform daily catchups with relevant stakeholders to discuss delivery status and understand if there are any blockers and work towards a resolution by engaging the right set of people.

- Liaise with different business holders to understand business drivers of different projects and help with prioritization process.

- Understand process gaps and suggest improvements.

- Effective stakeholder management and excellent communication skills are key.

- Ability to work on MS Excel, JIRA and large volumes of data. (preferably within risk management or risk reporting)

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and a curious nature, a desire to understand why things are done. Ability to cope up in stress conditions.

- Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking and can work on own initiative and deliver on time with a high level of integrity and flexibility, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
