OnDemand Agility - Business Analyst - Market Risk - Techno Functional (5-9 yrs)
- Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of the RDM Transformation projects
- Work closely with RDM stakeholders (PO, Power Users) to understand the requirement, define approach/scope and monitor the delivery of key deliverables to required standards
- Work with other CRO teams on business and functional analysis of system and process change required to support strategic and regulatory changes
- Perform data gap analysis and drill down to granular level of data
- Establish governance and control process around project/BA delivery
- Be a part of user stories prioritization of the product backlog
- Timely status reporting and escalation of issues to management as appropriate
- Act as a champion of and drive BA best practices and governance
You offer
- Strong experience of delivering BA outcomes within an Investment Bank, preferably in the Risk and/or Finance space.
- More than 6-8 years of working experience preferred.
- Understanding of Business and IT Architecture
- Experience of driving and delivering business process change as part of projects
- Knowledge of Risk and/or Finance processes highly desirable.
- Ability to interact with and manage senior stakeholders
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Good presentation and communication skills both oral and written
- Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and direct resources not under direct control
- Role requires the candidate to be flexible with the ability to dive-in and be hands-on to address problems
- Ability to work as an effective Team Player with positive attitude
- Experience in agile framework and transformation through lean will be an advantage
Additional Technical Skills
- Data Modelling skills such as Python, R, SQL, Oracle, Big Data
- Able to produce a variety of business documents that demonstrates command of language, clarity of thought and orderliness of presentation
