OnDemand Agility - Business Analyst - Capital Markets/Global Markets

We are having an opening for a Business Analyst role for one of the reputed IB Client located in Mumbai.

Experienced in BRD, FRD, FSD, Gap Analysis, Requirement Gathering in Capital Markets, global markets & Investment banking clients.

Experience range 1-14 years

- Domain experience of Capital Markets, global markets & Investment banking clients.

- Also experience of Market Risk, Credit Risk will also be an add-on advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- The role is completely techno-functional (more of functional)

- Creating and Designing the UAT Test Plan in line with the business requirements and principle stakeholders.

- Delivering and executing the UAT Test Plan and associated testing.

- Coordinate the execution of UAT testing and test strategy described above liaising with business stakeholders and project sponsors.

- Take responsibility for the production and approval of testing deliverables and achievement of testing milestones during acceptance testing.

- Liaise and co-ordinate with all internal departments including the IT & Business.

- Maintain awareness of testing alternatives at a level where they can be analyzed and the most effective testing strategy utilized.

- Ensure that any risks associated with testing are clearly documented and described to the clients/users and colleagues.

- Manage all risks associated with the testing and takes preventative action when any risks become unacceptable.

- Plan, arrange, and control meetings, workshops, and relations with client/user staff during test planning and throughout subsequent development and testing activities.

- Take responsibility for the proper conduct of such relationships.

Mindset:

- Domain knowledge of Front to Back Investment Banking key systems, flows & products.

- Experience in delivering critical projects and managing senior stakeholders at Bank.

- Should have managed Testing and Go live implementation of mission-critical projects.

- A strong hand in Excel, presentations & computing skills.

- Experience in working with Business, Change, and Architecture teams excellent communication skills- Written & Verbal.

- Desirable to have worked at the onsite location of leading Investment Banks.
