ROLE OVERVIEW:

Marketing head will spearhead our B2C marketing efforts by driving our digital and offline marketing efforts, managing the marketing team and build creative growth strategy for the brand. The executive will work closely with the operations and technology team to implement our campaigns and assess them against set goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Developing brand, positioning and messaging for Onco.com

- Planning inbound marketing and content strategy

- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, engagement and retention

- Manage a team of marketing managers and delegate responsibilities on SEO, SEM, branding, content and social media management

- Planning Web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, BTL and display advertising campaigns

- Building patient communities through online and offline initiatives

- Brainstorm and implement new and creative growth strategies

- Measure and report performance of all campaigns and assess performance

- Manage web analytics and SQL

- Collaborate with tech teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

- Devise multi-channel marketing programs

What we are looking for:

- 7-10 years of experience in marketing especially in the context of early stage startups

- Prior managerial experience of heading a team of at least 5-6 marketers

- Experience of scaling marketing efforts in a high growth tech/B2C setting

- Strong analytical skills

- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

- Extensive experience working with product and sales team to align marketing strategy and help drive business objectives

Good to have:

- MBA/ Post-graduate degree in marketing

- Startup experience in healthcare, health tech, cancer care

- Experience with healthcare content generation

- Branding experience either in-house or through work with an agency
