Role Overview: Brand Manager will be responsible for building &amp; driving the brand strategy for Onco.com. He/ She will build the creative strategy for the brand, establish the positioning and personality of the brand and execute campaigns to build awareness and trials. He/ She will also leverage relevant partnerships and support the marketing requirements of other functions. Responsibilities: - Develop the positioning and messaging strategy for the brand - Plan and execute activities to drive awareness and trials for Onco.com to meet the growth objectives - Design &amp; implement ATL (Print, Radio) and BTL (on-ground activation, trade channels, ambient media) campaigns as per business needs - Onboard, liaison, manage creative and media agencies - Creation of educational and other marketing communication materials - including print, video and digital content - Establish and manage brand collaborations and partnerships - Support the sales &amp; operations team in communicating the value proposition and help develop tools/ material that aid the sales process What we are looking for: - 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an e-commerce or B2C start-up - Proven experience creating marketing plans encompassing strategy, customer research, competitive analysis, product requirements, messaging, etc. - Should be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including executive management, product management, customer operations, sales and marketing - Should showcase strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to campaigns - Should have experience in handling ATL &amp; BTL campaigns Good to have: - MBA/ Post-graduation degree in marketing - Experience in healthcare, health-tech, cancer care organizations Netdox Health Private Limited We have: - Some of the best people to work with (founders are Senior Radiation Oncologist, ISB IIT, Wharton graduate) - A great learning environment that will cheerful and challenging at the same time - A chance to truly make a difference in the lives of millions of cancer patients across the world
