Onboarding Manager - HR SSC/Central Operations Team (10-15 yrs)

Job Summary

Manage HR SSC / Central Operations team to deliver processes as per agreed scope and SLA's. Deliver ongoing, continuous improvement to firm wide HR processes. Contribute towards continuous re-engineering of HR processes, policies and systems leading to improvement in efficiency, effectiveness & governance.

Roles & Responsibilities(essential functions and responsibilities of the job):

- Lead and handling onboarding for PAN India

- Handle approx. 6000 joining in year

- Ensuring pleasant and wonderful experience for all new joinees

- Manage multiple stakeholders across BU Segment and regions to support decision making in a matrix organization.

- Able to create business documents

- Transformation in existing processes

- Coordinate with other functions like IT, Admin, Procurement, Business Unit Spocs for smooth functioning

- Manage onboarding team to keep them focused and motivated

- Establish and facilitate publishing of KPIs and SLA performance of various sub functions HC Operations

- Able to work on special projects other than BAU

- Experience of working in a geographically distributed environment with teams based in different geographies

- Problem solving &analytical skills

- Ability to Conceptualize &execute with speed

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

- Manage HC SSC / Operations team to keep them focussed and motivated

- Establish and facilitate publishing of KPIs and SLA performance of various sub functions HC Operations

- Coordinate with external vendors for sorting out any queries or issues

Education and Experience:

- Requires substantial experience (+ 8yrs) in HRfunction, of which at least 6 years in HR Operations or HR Shared Service environment

- Should be able to create presentations

- Broad knowledge of HR processes & policies

- Experience of managing team of 6+ people

- Experience of managing HR onboarding & BGV

- Prior experience on process transitions & re-engineering is desirable

- Methodical and highly organised, with ability to work in non-structured situations

- Experience of working in changing environment adhering to pressure and tight deadlines

- Experience of working with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organisation

- Experience of working in a geographically distributed environment with teams based in different geographies

- Problem solving &analytical skills

- Ability to Conceptualize &execute with speed

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

- System's orientation and exposure to structured HR Systems
