Role: - Planning, developing and setting up procurement processes and systems to ensure consistent quality and reliable supply of various fruits throughout the year. - Travel across the country to build local teams & supplier networks. - Understand commodity specific nuances like how to package, how to rippen, logistics etc. - Work closely with founders to plan the procurement roadmap Qualification & Experience: - 5+ years of experience in sourcing agri commodities such as Fruits - Must have managed 25+Cr worth of annual procurement - Must have managed a team of at least 5 executives. Must have personality traits: - Disciplined & punctual - Street smart - Calm & Observant - Decisive - Attention to detail. Compensation : Salary + ESOPs
