We have two role open for Supplier Risk -Technology Risk or Bangalore location with On Demand Agility Software Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 2 to 15 Years

Skills & Experience :

- Proven experience in operational risk management, specifically technology and supplier risk

- Proven inductive reasoning ability and negotiation/influencing skills

- Independence of mind and ability to escalate issues where appropriate

- Proven interpersonal and communication skills and display initiative to lead discussions with operational staff at all levels, business leaders and risk management, colleagues

- Advanced oral and written communication skills, including the ability to influence across a range of stakeholder groups and prepare high-quality senior management materials

- Ability to analyze trends, identify critical threats and opportunities, diagnose problems and issues and recommend appropriate actions

- Proven financial services risk experience, ideally with exposure to offshoring and outsourcing

- Confidence and ability to work independently and to manage/execute tasks within set timeframes

- Excellent understanding of risk management frameworks and relevant certifications e.g. Basel II, GS007, AS3402, COBIT, ISO2700x)

- Understanding of ITIL Service Management processes

- Experience in a consulting role (strategy, process re-design) and/or an audit role from a professional services firm or big 4 bank

- IT Audit experience would be beneficial

- Reporting experience using tools such as Tableau would be beneficial

- Ability to write/present clear and concise risk reports for management

- Be a - technologist- and have a passion for technology and technology risk who keeps up to date on the latest emerging industry trends and disruptive technologies

Educational qualifications :

- CA or CPA degree or any relevant tertiary qualifications in finance, technology or risk management

- CISA, CRISC, CGEIT, CISM, ITIL, COBIT or other IT Risk related certifications
