OMO Bikes - Manager - Operations - IIT/NIT (1-3 yrs)

We are looking for hard working people to join our team and revolutionize Indian bicycle industry & urban commute solutions.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Work closely with the founding team while spearheading order management, delivery & customer support operations.
- Increase efficiency of key parameters around delivery time, escalations & customer satisfaction.
- Execute the plan while working in tandem with marketing, production & sales team.
Key Skills :
- Excel / google sheets/ Reporting / Data Analysis
- Should be able to manage team, customers & third party vendors with equal efficiency.
Relevant experience
- IIT / NIT grads are preferred. However, your passion for work weighs more than your degrees.
- 1-3 yrs of experience.
