Responsibilities and Duties :

- The candidate will be required to work closely with the founding team while spearheading the marketing & growth for company.

The job will include :

1. Strategize company's marketing plan in line with the given sales targets.

2. Execute the plan while working in tandem with production & sales team.

3. Monitor all the campaigns (digital and offline) and deliver the desired RoI.

Key Skills :

1. Relevant experience of working / heading a marketing team of a company.

2. A keen planner & robust executioner.

3. IIT / NIT grads are preferred. However, your passion for work weighs more than your degrees.

4. 1-3 yrs of experience.
