Responsibilities and Duties :
- Work closely with the founding team while spearheading the customer-experience & growth for company.
- Strategize company's customer experience plan in line with the given sales targets.
- Execute the plan while working in tandem with marketing, production & sales team.
- Manage the entire pre - sales / post sales customer support / communication.
Key Skills :
- Must be bicycle enthusiast
- Disciplined & a good eye for details.
- Relevant experience/
- IIT / NIT grads are preferred. However, your passion for work weighs more than your degrees.
- 1-3 yrs of experience.
