Operations Lead - Omnicuris Healthcare Pvt Ltd - Bangalore - HSR Layout


We are hiring for Operations Lead for our company based out of Bangalore - HSR Layout.

Experience Required- 3 to 4 years

Qualification- Graduate/ Postgraduate from premium colleges

Responsibilities :

- Oversee efficiency of operational processes across multiple function

- Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for various business functions, including IT and customer support

- Evolution of Delivery SOP for each function with changing needs of business

- Audit & Adherence to delivery SOP

- Reporting & Productivity Management

- Escalation & Ad hoc Queries

- Analyze business requirements and customer needs

- Research methods to improve operations and reduce costs

- Monitor and report on department performance

- Supervise live events and train employees

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulation

Requirements:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in managing multiple functions as an operations manager with team management skills

- Proficient in resource planning

- Hands-on experience implementing operational processes

- Excellent project management skills

- Knowledge of operational principles and policies

- Organizational skills and attention to detail

- Any graduate/Postgraduate in operations management or equivalent degree from Premier institute preferred
