We are hiring for Digital marketing head (Growth & Performance ) for our company based out of Bangalore- HSR Layout. Please find the below details.

Job Location- HSR -Bangalore

Experience Required- 6 to 10 years

Notice period- Immediate to 30 days

Salary- Up to 40 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities:

We are currently hiring a B2B/B2C Marketer-Growth Hacker for our company based out of Bangalore. The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content. You will create and implement the marketing strategy using online methods to gain new users and generate engagement of existing users. The role will involve working directly with founders and senior leadership to chart out the next growth story for the company.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Identify and drive new game-changing digital marketing opportunities to further scale the business and improve efficiencies across all marketing channels.

- Expertise in developing and executing various online campaigns (Ad campaign, Social media campaign & email campaign), including digital marketing, brand partnerships, on-ground activation etc. to drive traffic to digital channels in B2B & B2C

- Manage end to end digital marketing efforts.

- Drive campaign calendar by collaborating with cross functions

- Set up process to identify and track KPIs

- Lead the content and design efforts to drive marketing ad creative

- Identifying, developing & optimising growth channels to drive revenues growth.

- Analysing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.

- Proposing new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demand

- Providing inputs & expertise to drive efficacy of marketing activities (content development and optimization, advertising etc.)

- Planning and executing initiatives to reach the target audience through different channels

- Translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results.

- Analyse, recommend and lead implementation of improvement initiatives.

- Exchanging ideas/data/feedback with other departments (Product, marketing, top Management) in order to present results and make the product more user-centric.

- Understanding conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and hacks and being able to apply CRO hacks

- Hire and build marketing capacity as required

Key Requirements:

- Relevant experience of 6 to 10 years with degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field with team handling experience.

- Prior experience in a similar role who has worked with Ad agencies or start-up ventures with good communication skills

- Highly goal-oriented individual who is resilient in their pursuit of growth.
