Key Responsibilities :

- We are looking to hire an Engagement Lead to be the face of the business to our top pharmaceutical clients.


- The Engagement Lead will be responsible to drive strong program delivery and forge relationships with key client stakeholders in the pharma industry. The priority will be to understand and manage client requirements, and to deliver an outstanding experience in working with key clients.

Experience Required :

- Minimum 5 years of previous client handling experience required.

- Must have Project management experience.

- Previous exposure to/experience of healthcare a distinct advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Be the point of contact for all the client communication and Queries

- Build relationships by supporting the clients on their campaign requirements.

- Develop mutual trust and respect with key client stakeholders to have strategic discussions.

- Providing on time project delivery as per client requirements.

- Advise clients on adoption of best practices for projects.

- Review project data, analyze it to recommend next steps to move the project forward.

- Deliver strong project results across multiple metrics.

- Coordinate internally to ensure client deliverables and timelines are met.
