One of our client planning to expand offline and are looking at someone to head the offline business.
The requirements for the same are
- Should have handled offline distribution in the mattress space
- P&L responsibility for a particular region or pan India for offline
- Good relationship with major distributors and dealers across the top 20 cities of India
- Should have worked on setting up own stores
- Recruiting and training for own workforce and distributors
- Previous record of working in a Mattress producing company is a MUST
