Job brief

- We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to plan, direct and coordinate all organization's operations. You will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.

Job responsibilities and requirement:

- MBA degree with Proven work experience as operations manager and a minimum of 4 years of experience

- Adequate knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management

- Strategize about online marketing and advertising, how to grow the company

- Budget development and oversight experience

- Leadership and organisational skills

- Help define our go to market message, develop & execute our marketing plan

- Analyze the competition and recommend strategic moves

- Clear and effective communicator able to articulate the benefits of our model and vision
