Great opportunity for IT/ERP Sales Manager

We are hiring for IT/ERP Sales Manager role in our organization.

Position : IT/ERP Sales Manager.

Exp : 4 - 8 years.

Education : Any graduate.

Location : Bhosari, Pune

Salary : As per interview and experience.

Role :

- Applications & Consulting Sales across verticals in Western India.

- Create, developing & manage Strategic Accounts across Verticals.

- Manage sales for consulting, outsourcing and technologies such as Oracle Application.

- Maintain key relationships with our Technology partners such as Oracle Application.

Job Description :

- Selling application services/Managed Services/ERP Services to Manufacturing Sector.

- Must have managed large deals/Accounts.

- Should have prior experience in selling large deals around ERP solutions, Outsourcing, Total Outsourcing to Manufacturing Sector.

- Must have experience in working with Tier 1 Organizations including IPPs

- Will be managing accounts from Pune.

- Understanding and garnering insights on the training requirements of the prospective client.

- Understanding the services, value propositions and positioning; understanding competitive landscape.

- Speaking with clients, negotiating and closing deals with prospects suggesting and recommending them the appropriate healthcare ERP services.

- Cross-selling, upselling and customer retention.

- Maintain thought leadership across our focus area (sector, offers).

- Understand and discuss sales plan with sales leader to agree on potential major opportunities to be chased in his/her own focus area (sector, offers).

- Qualify major opportunities to be further pursued, drive consistency between sales strategy (value messages, relationship approach and competitive differentiation) and content work managed by bid team (solution design, pricing and costing, delivery of proposal, planned project management).

- Manages and accountable for the opportunity along the collaborative selling sales process until closing, build and maintain an external network and client relationships.

- Address complex client issues involving interactions up to executive level and master meetings and negotiations techniques.

- Manages and accountable for the opportunity along the collaborative selling sales process until closing.

- Leverage CRM system to document sales strategy and progress on opportunity.

- Manage business development costs according to levels set by business unit leaders and provide forecast to Business Unit/Business Area sales leadership.

- Excellent communication and .convincing skills.

- Good knowledge of computer and internet.

- Willing to travel & work on sales.
