The role encompasses hiring from Graduate/Diploma/Trade campuses across South, Central and Western India

- The individual will also be responsible for managing off-campus hiring through the year across LOBs/SLs of 0-1 year experienced roles

- Will work closely with a team of interns and coordinators in a fast-paced organization

- Be an organizational connoisseur, nimble footed and agile

- Work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates

- Implement University Relation plans and solutions for campuses across India and deliver results

- Implement large scale plans to achieve desired hiring numbers and branding objectives

- Be the relationship owner of assigned campuses and build brand among stakeholders such as placement cell, placement coordinators and students

- Assist internal processes such as offer management, intern conversion, onboarding etc.

- Design and implement projects within team to improve candidate experience on and off campus

- Manage relevant senior stakeholders across LOBs/SLs by becoming sole point of contact for their campus related activities

Requirements :

- Related Experience of identifying and driving large scale campus recruitment drives

- Exceptional Marketing and Stakeholder Management Skills

- Strong HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking & self-initiative

- Strong interpersonal skills which would translate into effective relationship building across campuses

- Maintain flexibility to deal with ambiguity and the evolving needs of the business environment

- Immediate Joiners preferred
