Job Description

AVP - Learning & Development is a Leadership role to proactively aligns stakeholders, capabilities, and resources to achieve complex objectives.

- Provides inputs to create strategy to enhance the learning maturity of the business as a lever to achieve business goals

- Executes actions emerging out of learning maturity model analysis

- Contributes toward the designing and planning of Group-level learning initiatives by bringing in domain insights in order to make them relevant for the business

- Drives the Group-level learning agenda; central Omega Learning University team with the objective of creating a learning ecosystem that drives business results and promotes individual excellence

- Conducts the annual learning need identification process for various sites, creates and publishes the annual learning calendars for the sites/region that are linked to business priorities

- Drives the uptake of the Signature Leadership and Domain Specific flagship programs within the business with effective contextualization and communication

- Facilitates behavioral and technical training workshops for employees

- Leads a team of training managers and specialists who will be focused on developing employee skills at our sites Spearhead the Process Training function for India Geo Healthcare involving analyzing, planning, designing, scheduling and facilitating

- Provides direction for training teams responsible for process and pre-process training

- Develops customized learning programs and workshop content for different sites and various functions in line with business requirements

- Develops the Operating model and infrastructure for all training and development programs by establishing standardized methods for delivery, evaluation, measurement, performance and reporting Leverage technology, seeking out innovative learning and communication practices

- Facilitates workshops for Career Lattice movements

- Utilizes multiple channels and tools to support a broad array of learners and learning objectives, such as digital learning (videos, e-Learning, online tools), virtual instructor-led training, instructor-led training, job aids, gamification, simulations, assessments, coaching and mentoring

- Assess and track training effectiveness through the use of metrics, linking decisions to business results

- Manages operational, organizational and financial elements pertinent to Training

- Establishes and executes induction process for new hires in line with Group Induction guidelines

- Develops and executes a robust plan to actively engage with learners and promote self-driven learning through the OLU Virtual Campus

- Tracks, evaluates and reports key learning metrics and release monthly L&D dashboard to Leaders highlighting impact of L&D interventions and YOY improvement on identified learning metrics

- Keeps current on new developments and best-in-class practices with L&D and implements leading practices to improve overall effectiveness of the function

Education:

- Post Graduate in Business/Allied with 18+ years of Global MNC experience of which at least 5+ years of experience within BPO setup in leading large-scale Learning & Development programs and deployment

Desired Profile:

- US Healthcare Experience is an added advantage

- Experience managing managers in a matrixed organization

- Facilitation and presentation experience at all levels of the organization, and to audiences of all sizes

- Decisive, confident, positive attitude

- Strong sense of urgency and personal commitment

- Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgement when working in dynamic situations

- Budget management experience and knowledge of key business financial metrics

- Inspirational Leadership and ability to Lead from the front

- Competent to Design & Drive People Metrics

- Lead Diversity & Inclusion as per Organizational Culture

- Capable of Mentoring & Coaching Operational & Leadership values

- Improve employee retention and enhance employee engagement
