OLYK is a company disrupting the online music learning space with our 3 fold Approach

We aim to be the Whitehat for music learning and are looking for a young, ambitious, sales leader to join our team. This person should have had experience in handling an inside sales team previously. You should be a graduate/undergraduate from a top B School in the country.

Find below the roles and responsibilities :

- Manage our leads, demos and final conversions

- Assess our targets and plan to hit them on a daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly level

- Be efficient and be able to manage the team to pull in revenue

- Be humble, and lead the team with empathy

- Be adept in sales tactics to close out customers

- Create sales pitches, templates and be able to coach and lead the team

We are an early stage start-up growing 25-30% MOM. Looking for someone who wants to create impact. A deep passion for music and its benefits is highly appreciated.

At this stage we cannot offer market rate salaries. Please only apply if you are fine with coming on board right now with that in mind. We can look at an early stage ESOP option if things work out well
