OLX - Regional Sales Manager - Car Sales (6-10 yrs)

What responsibilities will you get when working with us-

- Create the annual operating plan and sales action plan for a given region/state working closely with the ASMs and under the supervision of the zonal head

- Train, manage and lead a team of ASMs as direct reports and DSM/Sr. DSM as indirect reports to drive P&L across all used cars product solutions

- Responsible for new dealer signs up/existing dealer retention/renewal as per the defined targets and driving collections from the concerned regions

- Goal setting for various markets/team members in alignment with the zonal/category objectives

- Responsible for upsell/cross sell of various other products in the portals portfolio

- Market related understanding of business including competition framework and feedback for different cities

- Assess customer needs and sell customized solutions including driving adoption of new products, if any

- Generate customer insight to feed into and shape product development plans

What will you need to be successful in this role-

- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

- Should be a team player and adept at managing team members from diverse backgrounds

- Prior experience of managing and leading a sales team mandatory, preferable from car sales domain or dealer development team

- People with minimum 6 years of B2B sales experience; managing a sales team of more than 10 people

- Strong project management and coordination skills

- Travel of more than 10 days a month
