What responsibilities will you get when working with us? Sales : Enable and facilitate the sales team to achieve targets while optimizing productivity 1. Setting up sales tracking systems and processes with CRM to improve sales efficiency of the field sales team spread across 7 cities 2. Design Sales training and education practices 3. Identify areas of improvement at channel, town tier levels for the field sales team 4. Drive synergies between various revenue channels (Tele, Organic and Field) by optimizations at account level to drive revenue per unit cost 5. SKU Strategy for sales across channels: Experiment and identify areas of opportunity, pricing for various user segments and channel segment Project Management : Drive key projects for the real estate category business 1. Work with key support functions and program manage their initiatives to drive up revenues in short to medium term. (E.g. Marketing - Online, Offline, Product, Technology etc.) 2. Drive the technology agenda basis the revenue roadmap of the business with the product team What will you need to be successful in this role : - You must be a qualified Tier 1MBA with at least 6+ years of experience - You should have experience in managing sales in a B2B environment - You should be analytical with knowledge of Excel (Pivot tables) - Knowledge of SQL, R would be a plus You should possess influential communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills to be successful in this role. You should have an experience of ensuring deliverables under short deadlines. You should have the drive to deliver above and beyond the call of duty and must possess a solution oriented and ambitious attitude. What can you expect from us and what do we offer?
