Manager Sales Solution & Process Excellence, Gurgaon India

We are looking for a motivated professional with 3-6 years of experience in driving process improvement in a fast-paced evolving tech enabled used car company with operations in multiple countries. Exposure to multiple markets and manage multiple stakeholders.

What you will be doing:

- Be the SPOC for regional countries (India, Pakistan, and Indonesia) to manage their on-going Salesforce process improvement requirements

- Understand local business requirement, prioritize based on criticality & resource availability and plan delivery/fulfilment including regular status update to the BU

- Conduct regular Weekly/fortnightly reviews of local requirements with BUs and plan any prioritization

- Coordinate with development team for AMS project and drive projects internally for closure

- Should be able to deliver minor process improvement works on Salesforce along with the country teams

- Manage, review, and report monthly consumption of licenses & AMS efforts across BUs

Who we are looking for :

- Overall, 3-6 years of experience, relevant experience in tech industry preferred

- BE (preferred computer science/IT) with MBA from Tier1/2 college

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in salesforce

- Experience in handling multiple projects, project management and coordination with stakeholders.
