We are looking for a Manager BI & Analytics to empower millions of people across the globe by helping them connect and share their goods and services.

What you will be doing?

1. Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques and provide report, insight, strategy, and dashboard related to business

2. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex and various data sets

3. Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs

4. Build automated report and dashboard based on requirements for supporting operational to decision making process

5. Manage a team of business and data analysts

6. Publish weekly/monthly business performance & individual team performance reports

7. Support all business functions with ad hoc analysis

8. Identify and report potential business risks or opportunities

Who we- re looking for:

1. Structured, logical, data driven, can-do attitude, fun, and open person

2. Good communication and interpersonal skills, problem solver, result oriented, and able to work under minimum supervision.

3. Advance skill in Microsoft Excel, and have knowledge on Python, R, or Tableau would be a big advantage
