We are looking for a Lead Process Excellence who will be responsible to set up a process for our New inititatives. We are a team of 5,000 ambitious, curious people building marketplace platforms that make it super easy for anyone to buy and sell almost anything, boosting local economies. What you will be doing : - Manage the monthly, quarterly & yearly process improvement roadmap, with a hypothesis driven approach and data driven decisions. - Working with cross functional teams to implement process changes resulting in best in class user experiences for our customers & channel partners - Identify funnel optimisation opportunities and own end to end implementation - Track and improve Net Promoter Score for customers and channel partners Who we are looking for : - Excellent problem solving skills. Number crunching and analytical skills are a plus. - Intellectual and analytical curiosity - initiative to dig into the why, what & how. Business and tech savvy : Ability to understand both the business objectives and the underlying process & product that drives the results.
