OLX - Dealer Relationship Manager (1-8 yrs)
What you will do:
- Ensure auction participation through calling to dealers.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets of dealer participation, procurement and cars sold.
- Suggest ways to improve product and processes for better dealer experience.
- Handle dealer grievances and get them resolved through team members.
Who we're looking for:
- Excellent relationship management and multitasking skills.
- Good Convincing skills paired with the understanding of business
- Hands-on attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Work experience of 3+ years into Inside Sales/Tele sales profile from an automobile background
