JD- Sales Trainer

We are looking to hire a Sales Trainer to translate skills gaps into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path and support their personal development. Incumbent will take care of extensive TNA (training need analysis), training calendar, related logistics and measurement of effectiveness

What you will be doing :

- Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations of employees and business

- Conduct effective training sessions on soft skills topics, deploy a wide variety of training methods

- Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them

- Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior through quality audit / innovative methods

- Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals

Who we're looking for :

- Graduate / postgraduate (MBA from a prestigious institute is an added advantage)

- Extensive experience in delivering relevant training

- Strong business acumen and fair understanding of technology in training (e.g. - LMS, e-learning etc.)

- Possess analytical and interpersonal skills

- Excellent communication skills (writing and verbal)

- Fair command on MS-Excel and Power point presentation

- Additional training certification will be an added advantage, e.g. - NLP, MBTI, ISTD etc.
