What will you be doing: - Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis - Drive meaningful business insights, and measure performance from data - Build templates and dashboards to automate operational and management reporting; Own analytical problems and data for the channel, Develop and deep dive into key impact metrics for the channel; Design experiments, test hypotheses, build models, and scale what works. - Make the channel a data-driven organization by creating platforms to better access, interpret and use data in driving day-to-day decisions and business functioning - Ability to understand a problem statement and implement analytical solutions & techniques to come with the solution - Work and collaborate with other teams to deliver the result best suited to drive revenue of the company - Fast learner: the ability to learn and pick up a new language/tool/platform quickly What we are looking for: - Expert level proficiency in SQL, Power BI and at least one of R and Python with 2-4 years of experience - B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science / Mathematics / Signal Processing or related fields - B.Tech from Tier 1 college - Ability to discover efficient solutions to complex problems - Strong skills in data structures and algorithms - Problem-solving: Ability to break the problem into small problems and think of relevant techniques which can be explored & used to cater to those - Intermediate to advanced knowledge of machine learning, probability theory, statistics, and algorithms, you will be required to discuss and use various algorithms and approaches daily What we will give you: - Contributing to the global OLX Group success - Work with an international team of top engineers learning from one another - Opportunity to pursue your further academic goals
