Assistant Manager - New Initiatives Vertical, Gurgaon, India.

- We're looking for an Assistant Manager - New Initiatives for running Business enablement and Growth initiatives. This profile requires candidates to be entrepreneurial in his/her approach.

- He/She will be responsible for delivering business metrics in terms of top line and bottom line.

- Strong skills in sales, managing business partner relationships are a must.

- Good business skills with analytical thinking and reasoning are preferred.

- We're a team of 5,000 ambitious, curious people building marketplace platforms that make it super easy for anyone to buy and sell almost anything, boosting local economies.

What you will be doing :

- Driving execution of Strategic tie ups - Retail/Sales and After Sales

- Monitoring success parameters of each initiative

- Monetization

- Business enabler/Growth

- Working closely with city teams for achievement of monthly targets

- Help in new city launch along with program manager

- Run train the trainer program for all strategic initiatives

- Entrepreneur

- Good business skills with analytical thinking and reasoning

- Channel partners relationship management

- Someone who can look outside the current business ecosystem; use available knowledge and apply the same to business needs
