Asst. Manager/Manager - Customer Centricity About the function :&nbsp; - End-user experience is a core strategic focus for the company going forward, and has extremely high sponsorship at all leadership levels. It focusses on improving end-to-end brand experience for all customers/customer segments. The core objective being improving overall marketplace health by shaping behavior, while being fair to all stakeholders. - Customer centricity function is a central function and is one of the core pillars of the business. It's a horizontal function, responsible for streamlining customer experience across all user touchpoints Key Responsibilities: - Derive actionable insights from data &amp; other sources, design and execute business solutions that have significant impact on end user experience - Creating a cross functional operational rhythm around experience within the org to achieve best results i.e. working closely with analytics, customer support, customer lifecycle management and other cross functional stakeholders to achieve the experience goals - Use help of leadership, internal communications and HR teams to evangelize experience throughout the org - Defining ideal way of measuring experience and proving linkage between experience and business metrics Candidate Profile: - 5-7 years of experience with B.Tech and/or MBA from tier 1 schools - Strong analytical and problem solving capability is a must - Ability to work in dynamic, ambiguous and fast paced environments, having a bias for action - Experience having worked across multiple functions as a project manager in matrix organizations is a big plus - Experience in running initiatives at an org level (NPS programs, for instance) is a strong fit - Management consulting experience which includes actual execution of the projects is a good to have but not necessary - Experience in a role facing the customer is a big plus - this could be product management, marketing, customer support, usability, loyalty programs.
