OLX - Area Sales Manager - Real Estate (6-11 yrs)
What responsibilities will you get when working with us :
- Responsible to lead a team of account managers to sign-up and retain brokers in allocated target areas for participation and visibility products on OLX Real Estate
- Mentoring, guiding and retaining account managers
- Partnering with the brokers by providing proactive and active support to ensure their success on OLX platform
- Ability to build strong broker relationships
- Synthesizing and prioritizing broker feedback into actionable recommendations for processes and product
What will you need to be successful in this role :
- Atleast 5 years of experience selling classified's product to brokers
- Willing to roll up the sleeve and prioritizing well to maximize performance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Go getter, able to work around roadblocks
- Strong team player
- Passionate about Real Estate
