OLX - Affiliate Lead - OLX Cash My Car

We are looking for a passionate and driven Affiliate Manager who will play a vital role in the growth for the company.

We're a team of 5,000 ambitious, curious people building marketplace platforms that make it super easy for anyone to buy and sell almost anything, boosting local economies.

What you will be doing:

1) Drive campaigns on affiliate networks and manage relationships with the existing affiliate partners

2) Manage day to day operations for existing affiliates.

3) Negotiate CPI, CPA, and CPC rates with affiliates.

4) Scale affiliates by adding new affiliates month on month and scaling existing ones.

5) Manage Invoicing for affiliates.

6) Daily analyse performance for affiliate partners and recommend steps for further improvement.

Who we- re looking for:

1) At least 2+ years of experience in handling large scale affiliate campaigns.

2) Must have experience of recruiting new affiliates on CPI, CPA and CPS model.

3) Great negotiation skills.
