Oliveboard - Manager - Strategic Alliances & Business Development

Oliveboard is looking for a Manager- Strategic Alliances & Business Development to forge alliances with potential partners to help its highly competent massive user base find the right job opportunity. You are expected to drive the company's growth engine by building trusted relationships with ecosystem partners including recruitment, staffing, corporates, startups, Brands, Online D2C platforms and other relevant ones.

Responsibilities:

- Reach out to potential partners ranging from corporates, staffing companies, B2C brands, and any other partners with potential synergies.

- Engage with the CXOs of potential partner companies for strategic partnerships.

- Develop, conceptualize, and execute strategic alliances with partners to accelerate and boost revenue.

- Assist in drafting MOUs, contracts, partnership plans with respective partners.

- Create a consistent pipeline of strategic partners to deliver exponential growth.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, operations, marketing, and legal teams) and closely work with the management team.

- Track revenue generation and performance metrics to demonstrate growth and maturity.

Requirements:

- Graduate/MBA with B2B Sales/Strategic Alliances & partnerships Experience of minimum - 3 to 5 years in Partnership & Alliances in EdTech/ITeS/SaaS/related verticals.

- Excellent communication and networking skills with attention to details.

- Flexible and self-driven team worker.

- Data-driven and strong with numbers, pipeline conversion metrics, and efficiency metrics.

- Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey issues clearly, and concisely.
