Oliveboard - Manager - Finance & Accounts

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

- Oversee end-to-end AP/AR processes.

- Prepare AP/AR aging reports, optimize cash flow, and manage deferred revenue accounts.

Treasury & Cash Management:

- Monitor bank accounts and optimize fund utilization.

- Manage banking operations and prepare cash flow forecasts.

- Handle vendor and salary payments, bank reconciliations, and FD documentation.

Payroll Management:

- Ensure accurate payroll processing and statutory compliance.

- Address payroll queries and manage audits.

Taxation & Compliance:

- Handle direct/indirect tax compliance and filings.

- Manage tax assessments and audits.

Financial Reporting:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Support the Deputy Finance Controller in senior management reporting

Compliance & Audit:

- Ensure regulatory compliance and support internal/external audits.
