Oliveboard - Lead - Business Development (3-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Achieve the growth targets by successfully managing the sales team while creating an inspiring environment.
- Take ownership of goal setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales executives.
- Generate reports on the team's input metrics, revenue generated and overall performance.
- Build and execute processes and sales strategies in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate across teams to identify and pursue customer growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate with a minimum of 2+ years of work experience with proven leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of managing CRM tools, data analysis, and expertise in preparing reports.
- Analytical, with a strong focus on critical thinking, problem-solving ability, well organized and adaptable with a flexible approach.
- Proven ability in goal setting, mentoring and influencing the team.
- Have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Any other regional language expertise is a plus.
