Oliveboard - Business Head - Test Prep (5-7 yrs)
Oliveboard helps students succeed in exams and is one of the largest edtech companies with over 9 million users on its platform.
Oliveboard is looking for a Business Head of its Test Prep category based in New Delhi.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow the test prep vertical of the business
- Identify and launch new exam categories to expand user & revenue base
- Oversee marketing, operations, finance and product functions for respective business unit
- Identify rapid growth opportunities organically as well as identifying partnerships
- Set-up processes for smooth functioning of cross functional teams
Requirements :
- 3+ years in a managerial role is required
- Strong communication & demonstrated experience in managing P&Ls and managing people
- Deep knowledge of various exams & prior experience in Edtech is a plus but not required
- MBA is a plus but not a requirement
- Ideal candidate who has been part of the startup ecosystem for a few years and has led marketing/growth.
