Job Description:

- Open and launch new or unidentified areas for FMCG & Biopharmaceutical product launching.

- Execution of Sales & Marketing Strategy and to increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation.

- Seek new customers and increase sales level.

- Implement and drive the sales promotion schemes.

- Monitor, regulate & control the coverage of the designated territory for sales leads, Responsible for achieving revenue target of the assigned area/territory.

- Meet the target numbers, Competitive selling, Booking of orders, Billing of orders, Preparing reports on sales activity of own, subordinates and team members.

- Ensure total Customer Satisfaction.

- Will have to push distributors to increase business.

- Guide the sales team members in prospecting new and existing customers.

- Organizing periodic training on Products and business awareness.

- To give regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing sales.

Maximize revenue generation and lead closures;

- Explore business potential, opportunities as well as clientele to secure profitable business volumes;

- Achieving sales targets as per designated budgets using market intelligence to prepare a customer centric operating plan; conducting tactical promotion; ensuring a strong brand presence and increased business;

- Developing the efficient chain of distributors / stockists / sub-stockists to generate sales and maintain relationship with the channel partners, conduct regular sales meetings;

- Efficiently generate new business and ensure achievement of defined targets;

- Willing to relocate and travel extensively

- Strictly FMCG experience, relevant experience into sales of FMCG & general health care products

- Good communication and persuasion skills

- Good analytical skills

- Excellent professional track record

- Knowledge of the market place

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Confident, sincere with flair for selling pharma and bio products

- Location will be confirmed, as per candidate's exposure / experience.
