Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Handle Complete Cashew Kernel Sales in all markets and channel 2. Directly handle sales in the wholesale channel (appoint dedicated wholesalers in all major cities in India) supported by sales team members 3. Have complete pricing control for cashew kernels that is sold in other channels like KAM, FSD, distribution channel in conjunction with business head 4. Establish brand Olam in traditional channel and get more sales month on month 5. Have complete control & responsibility for sales planning & execution of the sales planning (example; what grades to be sold, where to sell and how to sell will be planned & executed by this candidate). However, production, logistics etc. will be handled by separate team Skill Sets Required: - Negotiation skills - Inter-personal communication - Self-motivated & Passionate - Loves travelling, meeting new people - Engage in conversation with proprietors and owners - Carry himself well - Problem solving capability - Innovative and find new solutions to the problems Location: Gajapathinagaram, Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh Qualification: - MBA (IRMA/MANAGE/NITIE - Would be preferred)
