Internal Communications Specialist


- Support the effective execution of internal communication strategies.

- Build on Olam Agri's internal communications platforms such as enterprise social network (ESN), social messaging channels based on audience needs and preferences

- Drive the growth of Olam Agri's ESN across the company through effective engagement campaigns

- Increasing and improving user engagement for ESN and social messaging channels

- Work closely with editors and colleagues in different countries to deliver great content (articles, videos, stories) to global and local employees for better community engagement on ESN

- Conceptualize storyboards and develop creative ideas for videos, graphics, creatives and all other communications collaterals for ESN

- Research, plan, and deliver content to build communications campaigns and drive employee engagement

- Work closely with internal designers and video editors to manage the production process of creatives and collaterals

- Monitor metrics regularly to ensure performance

- Identify trends and opportunities to deliver actionable insights to improve strategy and user experience

- Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders

- Keep abreast with the latest social media best practices and technologies and repurpose them internally

Role Requirements:

- Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills

- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline

- 3 years of experience or more as a social media specialist, preferably for global organisations

- Experience with running communications campaigns with proven track results

- Ability to think independently and multi-task

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices

- Good understanding of social media KPIs

- Ability to do audience research to drive content planning

- Good stakeholder management and attention to details, awareness of deadlines

- Build positive and effective relationships across all levels and functions of the organisation to deliver required results

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, global and multicultural environment

- Some local and international travel may be required
