Sourcing: - Support the tender process by being the supplier interface between Olam and Business units.- - Create and manage strategic relationships with the Shipping Lines and major logistics service provider. - Support Global and Domestic Sourcing activities for Marine/Inland and related items in SCM category.- - Involve in Strategic Negotiations & Contract Management. Monitor & report on the performance of vendors to ensure contractual obligations & performance metrics are met . - Assist with negotiating best in class short term rates and follow through on their utilisation. - Deliver Cost Savings, Cost Avoidance & other Value Delivery Programs YoY, consistently. Vendor Management: - Perform Benchmarking, identification, approvals, onboarding of targeted vendors - - Support BU managers on various supplier related activities such as Business reviews, escalation of issues - - Supplier Evaluations/Rating & Monitoring - - Assist in project management of initiatives involving logistics and multimodal
