Spices

The India Spices Business Unit was established in 2007 and operations started in 2011. It has a strong presence in origination, processing and supply chain across the value chain in various products like chilli, turmeric, cumin, etc. As part of business expansion, it is envisaging for two additional operating units. The Spices Business is a key player in the operating segments with a wide product range and caters to large institutional customers within India and across the globe.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Supervise and train factory operations while adhering to all safety, performance, and environmental standards

- Ensure production, industrial safety and food safety goals are achieved

- Direct and ensure all production, quality control, and quality assurance processes are implemented to promote productivity, product quality

- Manage and motivate employees to ensure job is accomplished efficiently

- Oversee all production decisions, including production and quality control-related staffing, scheduling, and materials

- Conduct facility and equipment audits, and inspect product and process quality

- Maintain electronic records of all material, production, inventory, and labor to ensure cost efficiency and regulatory compliance

- Manage and supervise all warehouse and shipping operations

Requirement:

- Having 8-10 years of work experience in Plant operations.

- B.E./B.tech

- Experience in Food/Beverage industry (Mandatory)
