About the role: - This is a central role in Ola Money. The SM operations will be responsible to set up and scale KYC operations from scratch. KYC is one of the most important pillars for building any - payments/financial&nbsp;services business and the same needs to be reimagined from scratch to make it suitable for Ola Money's future plan. KRAs: - Understanding KYC Regulations for different financial services and building the most optima KYC process for all products - Working with banking/NBFC partners to align on most suitable and seamless KYC flows - Forecasting and planning: Manage and own metrics that objectively monitor the performance - Vendor evaluation and selection: Evaluating KYC vendors to do KYC and select the best suited for business - Setting up a strong network of Channel Partners: Set up a strong network of channel partners at a regional level to cater to needs of the business - Building a pro-vendor brand: Retain Ola as the preferred choice amongst business partners by ensuring a win-win for every stakeholder - Competitive Understanding: Keep a close watch on the competitive landscape and accordingly plan interventions. - Cross-functional team management: Directly coordinate with all support functions including&nbsp;product, legal, business, compliance and city teams analytics for getting projects executed Experience and Skills : - Execution oriented - getting things done on ground. Has a go-getter attitude. - Passionate and owns up proactively. Should be a good salesman! Aptitude with strong analytical skills is essential - Should be able to think unconventionally, outside of the regular. - Managed a closely-knit community of influencers (eg. Channel Partners / Agents / Executives /etc.) - Has effectively worked in a cross functional role and driven the project objectives withmultiple stakeholders - Experience in managing a fast paced business on-ground preferably on the supply and procurement side - Eg. FMCG Supply Chain, Telecom, Logistics etc. - Prior experience managing cross-functional teams. - Successfully executed business development opportunities and negotiated partnerships. - Experience in startup environments would be an advantage. Education/ Qualification : MBA from a top tier college or IIT
