OlaCabs - Senior Manager - Marketing Analyst

Location : Bangalore

Marketing Analyst Responsibilities :

- Work with marketing, product and tech teams to build an analytics ecosystem at OFS

- Understand and analyze data to drive business insights to generate revenue and improve customer experience

- Work closely with digital marketing team to provide data backed recommendations to improve the efficiency and scale of marketing campaigns

- Data visualization through automated dashboards, graphs and reports for easy consumption of data with the marketing team and senior management

- Own tracking and analytics of end to end marketing and product funnels to drive better business outcomes

Desired Skills and Qualifications :

- 5 to 8 years of work experience working in data analytics with marketing teams in a high growth consumer startup

- Graduate degree in engineering or statistics

- Strong problem solving ability - Candidate needs to exhibit structured thinking, strong Analytical Skills and Process Orientation

- Strong in Data analytics, Reporting, Visualization & Automation

- Prior experience of working with and an in-depth understanding of tools like Google Analytics, Branch/Appsflyer and CleverTap/MoEngage

- The candidate should be proficient in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)

- Should be proficient in Excel; good understanding of descriptive and inferential statistics

- Should be comfortable in using Python, R or VBA to build automated dashboards using Plotly, Dash, Flask, Django, R-Shiny, etc.

- Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms like Linear & Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forest, etc. & knowledge of visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, matplotlib, D3.js, etc. is preferred.
