Roles and Responsibilities: - To ensure tax compliances for all over India. - Coordinating and managing the entire direct tax returns filing for the organization - Responsible for Withholding Tax, Tax deductions at source - Ensuring timely and accurate Filing of tax returns / statement of the Overseas entities - Directing the finance team on the computation of tax related entries for the purposes of reporting accurate financial statements - Preparation and analysis of Tax schedules, provisions, MIS reporting, and reconciliations - Managing the Tax audits, Tax Assessments etc. - Working with Team and Liasoning with external consultant Experience &amp; Skills: - Good knowledge of Direct Tax &amp; Accounting - Knowledge about Tax laws - Strong understanding &amp; work experience in Domestic Taxation - Team handling experience - Independent team player as well, who is able to work well with minimal supervision as well - Service Industry experience will be an added value Qualifications: - Chartered Accountant - Min 8+ years of post-qualification experience - Graduation will be an added advantage - Big 4 experience will be a plus point
